Do you charge for quotes or call-outs?
No. Quotes are free and fixed. If we quote it, that's what you pay, unless you change what you want doing.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public liability cover, and goods in transit cover for removals. Happy to send the certificates over before you book.
How high can you reach for windows and gutters?
Up to four storeys with pure water poles, which covers almost every house around Reading. Anything taller and we'll tell you honestly if it needs different kit.
What happens if it rains?
Window cleaning carries on, because pure water dries spot-free. Jet washing and gutter work we'll move if it's genuinely unsafe, and we'll ring you rather than just not showing up.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card after the job's done and you've had a look. No deposit for regular work; larger removals and clearances may need one, and we'll say so in the quote.
